With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas Sims Jr. (Downers Grove, Illinois), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Thomas left this world on August 16, 2025 at the age of 49, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Newton L. Sims, Geneva H. G. Sims, Ernest Koger and Annie L. M. Koger; and his sister-in-law Emily J. Sims.

He is survived by: his parents, Thomas L. Sims, Sr. and Marilyn K. Sims; his children, Ashlyn Elizabeth Alida, Caroline Grace Adele, Madison Elise Anna and Joshua Thomas Richard; and his siblings, Kathryn S. Pringle (Nathaniel) of Cincinnati, OH and Ethan K. Sims (Isabelle) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by 7 nieces and 2 nephews.
