She was predeceased by : her parents, John Patrick and Thelma Lucille McManus (Unzicker). She is survived by : her husband Dallas Leon Hofmann; her children, Angela Philpott (Richard) of Normal and Troy Hofmann (Michele) of Normal; her grandchildren, Joshua Philpott (Sara), Travis Philpott, Cara Meade (Joseph), Bryan Price (Lindsey) and Jacob Hofmann; her great grandchildren, Christian Sprague, Tyler Price, Lauryn Price, Collin Philpott, Brooklyn Price, Audrey Price and Elijah Meade; and her sister Barbara McCoy of Fairbury.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
