She is survived by: her husband Phillip Butler; her children, Terry Anselment (Penny) of St. Charles, MO, Curtis Anselment (Angie) of Bluford, IL and Tara Trumbo (Jason) of Ankeny, IA; her stepsons, Phillip Donald Butler of Anna, IL and Nathan Butler of Fairfield, IL; her siblings, Charles Setzekorn (Norma) of Mt. Vernon, IL, Karen Braden (Franklin) of Ashley, IL and Charlotte Borowiak (Louis) of Ashley, IL; and her grandchildren, Cody Kohn, Casey Kohn, Patrick Ormsbee, Layne Butler and Kingston Butler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Friends may make memorials to Washington County Animal Shelter and will be accepted at the funeral home.
