She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Henzmann and Irma Henzmann (Throub); her husband Theodore "Ted" Tilley, Jr.; her son James Edward Tilley; and her brother Klaus Henzmann.
She is survived by: her children, Doris Zerites (Andy) of Summersfield, FL, Chuck Tilley (Maria) of Du Quoin, Linda Lou Tilley (Lee Wininger), Jerry Tilley (Diana) of Du Quoin, Mike Tilley (Kathy Connor) and Kevin Tilley (Dellene) of Du Quoin; her brother Hans Henzmann (Dorle) of Miesau; and her close friend Chris Jones of Apopka, FL. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Searby Funeral Homes (130 S Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Searby Funeral Home (130 S Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832).
