He was predeceased by: his spouse Diania Lohman. He is survived by: his mother Barbara D. Lively, Sr. (Ingram) of Elkville; his children, Dallas Lively of Mt. Vernon, Lexie Lively of Buckner, Dakota Miller (Kyle) of Marion, Joseph Stork (Hannah) of Pinckneyville and April Konkel (Anson) of Clearwater, KS; his father James R. Lively, Sr. of Du Quoin; his siblings, Roxana Cobin (Brett) of Elkville and Timmy Lively (Jamie) of Du Quoin; and his stepsiblings, Jerry Waters (Melody) of Du Quoin, Clinton Waters, Sean Bedar of Carbondale and Carol Greenlee (Sean) of Carterville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Searby Funeral Homes (130 S Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832).
Friends may make memorials to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.
