Cook, Jr. (Barb Probst), Jeff Cook (Lisa) and Tim Cook (Janice); his grandchildren, Cameryn Degler (Jon), Carleigh Spain Spencer (Brandon), Nick Cook (Shannon), Sam Cook (Trinity), Maggie Cook (Zack), Dylan Cook, Alexandra "Lexi" Edwards (Dakota) and Savannah Raines; his great grandchildren, Emereigh, Archer, Haidyn, Noble, Juniper, Peyton, Paisley, Marleigh, Ziggy, Stephen, Claire, Henry and Emma; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Stella, Tara and Taylor; and his siblings, Ann Genesio and Tom Cook (Vida Kay). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
