She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Harris and Kathryn Harris (Zettler); her husband Bill D. Vancil; her siblings, Allen Harris and Margaret Dippold; her siblings-in-law, Howard and Nellie Vancil; and her great grandchild Kiersten Nicole Tilley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julia Rogers (Allen) of Du Quoin and Jane McIntire (David) of Du Quoin; her grandchildren, Rachel Tilley, Jr. (John) of Du Quoin, Nicole Akins of Du Quoin, Melissa Rogers of Du Quoin, Scott Restoff of St. Louis, Amy Booker (Evan) of Du Quoin, Zachary of Du Quoin, Garrison Tilley of Du Quoin, Jeremiah of Du Quoin, Alyse of Du Quoin, Dalton Dean Akins of Du Quoin, Madux of Du Quoin and Lexa Booker of Du Quoin; her great great grandchild Juliana Rose Tilley of Du Quoin; her brothers, Gary Harris (Sabrina) of Du Quoin, Kenny Harris (Linda) of Du Quoin and James Harris (Becky) of Tamaroa; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Harris of Tamaroa, John "Sam" and Elaine Vancil of Sunfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may make memorials to Sunfield Community Church or Pinckneyville Community Hospital Acute Care Floor and will be accepted at the funeral home.
