She was predeceased by: her parents, Caleb Barnwell and Ester Cuba Barnwell (Horn); her husband Richard Sherley Jackson; and her sister Betty Metzinger. She is survived by: her niece Kay Eaton (Frank) of Du Quoin; her great-nephew Mike Eaton of Du Quoin; Brayden Eaton of Du Quoin and Savanna Burgabe of Carterville.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Friends may make memorials to First Baptist Church Kitchen Fund and will be accepted at the funeral home.
