She was predeceased by: her parents, James Holland and Maxine Holland; her husband Donald Porter; and her sisters, Verna Porter, Janetta Eisenhauer, Elaine Smith and Mona Raye Reese.
She is survived by: her former husband George Emory Crain; her children, Harold Crain (Jackie), Gaye Feazel (Phillip), Brett Crain (Denise) and Jane Mydler (Wade); her grandchildren, Stacey Allen, Michelle Miller (Edward), Lisa Simmons (Jamie), Kathryn Kwiatkowski (Jason), Susan Crain, Nathan Crain (Amber) and Jordan Crain (Jennifer); and her children, Donnie Porter (Chris), David Porter (Candace), Cindy Reeder (Ron) and Alan Porter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Searby Funeral Homes (130 S Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
