We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Sharon R. Zimmerman of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Cisne, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Barnard and Ruth Barnard (Peddicord); and her brothers, Dale Barnard (Kay) and David Paul Barnard (Joyce). She is survived by : her husband Richard M. Zimmerman; her son Dr. Richard Wayne Zimmerman (Michelle) of Du Quoin; her grandchildren, Alex Zimmerman of Du Quoin, Max Zimmerman of Du Quoin, Drew Bennett of Arizona and Anthony Bennett (Taylor) of Pinckneyville; her great grandchildren, Austen Bennett and Rory Bennett; and her brother Bob Barnard of Cisne, IL..

Friends may make memorials to Du Quoin High School Baseball Team and will be accepted at the funeral home.
