Wally Steven Behm Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wally Steven Behm of Du Quoin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 6, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallie J. Behm and Ramona Jean Behm (Fisher); his sister Terry Adams; his parents-in-law, Gene and Frances Slater; and his nephew Sean Greenwood.
He is survived by: his wife Toni Slater; his children, Jessi Behm (Christopher Montgomery) of Du Quoin, Judson Behm of Harrisburg, IL and Jordan Behm (Bradley Blaise) of Du Quoin; his grandchildren, Parker Marie Liszewski and Piper Steven Montgomery; and his siblings, Mark Behm (Julie) of Du Quoin, Lynda Greenwood of Cadiz, KY, Starlett Joles of Lone Rock, WI and Kim Black (Charlie) of Du Quoin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Searby Funeral Homes (130 S Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Friends may make memorials to Tunnel to Towers or Perry County Backstoppers and will be accepted at the funeral home.
