She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Iffert and Marcella Iffert (Kistner); her husband Charles "Floyd" Carter; her siblings, Julia Clow, Carol Kilgore, Ronald Iffert and John Iffert; and her great grandchild Ella Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Carter (Doug Daugherty), Lisa Jackson (Bruce) and Lori Rudolphi (Timothy "Butch"); her grandchildren, Jessica Farabaugh (Rob), Josh Kapper (Kim), Jack Jackson (Morgan), Jon Jackson (Peyton), Craig Rudolphi (Shelby) and Olivia Martin (Jake); and her great grandchildren, Claire, Morgan, Colin Farabaugh, Karsten, Kadence, Keaton Kapper, Myles Jackson, Maverick Rudolphi and Levi Martin. She is also survived by wife and raising her family with her husband of 61 years.
