With sadness, we share the passing of Ellen Caravella (Dundee, Illinois). Ellen, born on April 16, 1954 in Algonquin, Illinois, passed away on July 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Ellen for her warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Hart and Alice Hart. She is survived by: her husband David J. Caravella; and her siblings, Paul Hart, Ann Elliott (Ben) and Kathleen "Kathy" Camera (Vinny). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, her beloved church family, and many dear and faithful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ellen's honor may be made either to: Feed My Starving Children, or the Fox Valley Baptist Church.
