He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman E. Muscat and Florence D. Muscat; his son Blaine; and his brother Armond G. Muscat. He is survived by: his children, Brian Muscat (Linda), Steve Muscat (Amy), Brett Muscat (Regina), Michele Borrelli (Vic) and Lori Balabuszko; and his wife Lorna Muscat. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
