It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Darlene J. Reed-Cornish of Dunlap, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry J. Strube and Ida Strube (Mitzelfelt); and her husband Edward Cornish. She is survived by : her former life partner George W. Reed; her children, Vicki Grohsmeyer (Paul) of Groveland, FL, Danny Reed (Stacey) of Mossville, IL and Kandy Reed-Moretto (Greg) of Crystal River, FL.; and her brother Chuck Strube of St. Cloud, FL.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4019 N. Knoxville Ave, Peoria, IL 61614.
