He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Ebens); his children, Karma (Nuesken) and Phillip (Moats); his stepdaughter Susan (Moats); and his grandchildren, Luke (Young), Madison (Moats), Austin (Moats), Alyssa (Merritt) and Dylan (Moats).
