He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross R. Hart and Reba Hart (Besanceney); and his sister Joan Whitesel Bollman. He is survived by: his wife Judith A. Hart (Nevlida); his children, Kevin R. Hart (Karen) of Peoria, IL, Julia A. Gil (Francisco) of Edgewood, KY and Jenita K. Wolcott (Christopher) of Brimfield, IL; his grandchildren, Joseph Gil (Hannah), Kaytlin Post, Christian Gil (Sammy), Kaleb Hart, Ethan Gil (Trystin), Kristyn Hart, Ashley Wolcott and Dakoda Wolcott; his great grandchild Giovanni Gil; and his sisters, Betty Baylis, Kathy Carter, Barb Bollman (Dale) and Judy Clauson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to Grace Presbyterian Church and Richard L Owens Hospice Home in Peoria.
