He is survived by: his wife Janice Fennell; his sons, Sean O'Neill (Cheryl) of Fair Hope, AL and Michael O'Neill (Jennifer) of Shawnee, KS; his daughter-in-law Angie O'Neill Osborne of Chesterfield, MO; his grandchildren, Brennen, Brian, Brody, Grant, Gavin, McKenna, Grady and Jake; his siblings, Anne Casing (Dan) of Shorewood, IL, Jane Piccatto of Spring Valley, IL and Patrick O'Neill of Dekalb, IL; and his sister-in-law Nita O'Neill of Hennepin, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
