She is survived by: her significant other Ronald Dunevant; her children, Penny Cook (Dennis) of Belleville, Billy Pack (Aimee) of O'Fallon and Robert Pack of Dupo; and her sister-in-law Laurie Hook. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
