She is survived by : her sons, Randle Smith (Carol) of Columbia, IL, Robert Smith (Dianna) of Barnhart, MO and William A. Smith (Diane) of Oakville, MO; her sister-in-law Shirley Kortz of Paducah, KY; her grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Christopher Smith, Todd Dale Thornton Jr. (Brooke), David Thornton (Kasey), Angela Smith, Bryan Smith (Monika) and Jennifer (Ata) of Erausquin; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Tenley, Noah, Greenley, Blake, Leo, Cylas, Kate, Decker and Tysen.
