He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Christian Wagner and Mary June Wagner; and his brother Donald Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Sybil Mae Wagner of Durand, IL; his children, Conni Rae Villella (Joe) of Durand, IL, Jeri Ellen Wagner of Kirkland, IL and Daniel Charles Wagner (Sheila) of Elgin, IL; his grandchildren, Patrick Charles Kellish (Kelly), Kevin Joseph Kellish, Emma Dean Warner (Jake), Grace Elizabeth Ingersoll (Dylan), Donald James Getzelman, Daniel Christian Wagner, Connor Douglas Wagner and Tyler Jacob Wagner; and his great grandchild Parker Bradley Kellish.
