She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Schmerse and Pauline Schmerse (Peck); her husband Giese Electric; her brother Jim Schmerse; and her son Rick.
She is survived by: her son Dan Travis (Kelly); her grandchildren, Amber, Samantha and Eric; her sister Susan Sarver (Russell); and her sister-in-law Betty Schmerse. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Rock House Kids and Shriners Hospital.
