With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Randal Scheid (Durand, Illinois), born in Elgin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2026 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Scheid and Roberta Scheid; and his sister Connie Scheid. He is survived by: his wife Julie Scheid; his sons, Luke Scheid (Jessica), John Scheid (Jenna), Gary Scheid and Benjamin Scheid (Chelsey); and his siblings, Ron Scheid (Penny), Bruce Scheid (Leann), Brian Scheid and Gloria Dill (Mike). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
