He is survived by: his wife Karen Prevett of Catoosa; his children, Jacob Prevett of Tulsa and Jessica Prevett-Youngblood (Billy); his granddaughters, Maya and Mia Youngblood of Broken Arrow; his siblings, Larry Prevett (Diane) of Durand, Roger Prevett (Leslie) of Oswego, Darlene Lake (Steve) of Rockford and Bonnie Wilson (James) of Rockford; his father-in-law Stan Johnson of Poplar Grove; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Ackerman (Alan) of Caledonia and David Johnson of Rockford.
