He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Olsen and Elaine Olsen (Anderson); and his brother Glen Olsen. He is survived by: his sister Jean Olsen Slott; his niece Jessica Gates (Josh) of Geneva; his nephew Jake Slott of Batavia; his aunt Avis Rosenow of Tampico; and his cousin Trey Gauer.
