He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Darrel Loren Fraser, I and Vera Faye Fraser (Finley); his wife Julie Ann Jackson; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Ashley Fraser of Wood River; his grandchildren, Alexis and Chase Fraser; his brother Darrel Loren Fraser II; his sister-in-law Kimberly of East Alton; his niece Jessica; and his nephew Randal.
