She is survived by : her parents, Gerry Ann and Mike Joseph Romero, Jr. of Kent, WA.; her stepmother Sheilagh Romero of Kent, WA; her children, Anglequec "Angie" Thornton (Robert Dixon) of East Alton, Nicole Lanahan of Troy, IL and Jesse Lanahan of Pontoon Beach, IL; her grandchildren, Amelia Romero and Jaydan Silsbee; and her brothers, Mike Romero, III of Piedmont, MO and Jason Romero (Kristina Kampmann) of East Alton.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gray Funeral Home, Inc. (205 E Lorena Ave, Wood River, IL 62095). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
