He is survived by: his wife Patti Fair of East Alton; his children, Joseph Fair of Columbus, IN and Sarah Chaney (Jerol) of Green Bay, WI.; his grandchildren, Laura Bone (Walker) of Las Vegas, NV, Cora and Callum Chaney of Green Bay, WI.; his siblings, Kathy Dowell and Brian Fair (Laura); and his sisters-in-law, Beth Whitaker and Dee Vaughn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
