John R. Graner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Graner of East Alton, Illinois, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Graner and Martha Graner (Carmody); his daughter Leigh Ann Graner; and his stepson Korey F. Lehman. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Graner of East Alton; his daughter Katie Gregory (Yancey) of Winchester; his stepdaughter Heather Aberle (Jon) of Staunton; his grandchildren, Carson Gregory, Evynn Gregory, Henry Gregory, Cynthia Baum (Joe), Sophie Aberle and Cole Aberle; and his siblings, Michael Graner (Tracy) and Becky Reed (Keith) of Carrolton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St John the Evangelist's Catholic Church (414 3rd St, Carrollton, IL 62016). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to St. John the Evangelist's Catholic Church in Carrollton.
