With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Krista Miller (East Alton, Illinois), born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on August 9, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Krista leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, JoAnn Jeanette (McGuire) and George Donald Miller; her children, KaShel Merritt (Taylor), Kerek Miller and Dashiel Jones; and her grandmother Beatrice McGuire. She was also cherished by three beautiful grand-babies; an aunt, an uncle; and several cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family in care of expenses.
