It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sally Ann Payne of East Alton, Illinois, born in Wood River, Illinois, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnny Harold, Sr. and Betty Louella Payne (Tucker); and her siblings, Ronald Tucker, Johnny Harold Payne, Jr., Scotty E. Reed, Tootie Maggart and Jessie Grable Jenkins.

She is survived by : her children, Scott Payne (Michelle) of Godfrey and Johnnie Jennings (Rodger) of Cottage Hills; and her siblings, Audie Reed of Abilene, TX, Duane Payne of Abilene, TX, Ricky Reed and Phyllis Benton of East Alton. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
