She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil V. Hoag and Lorraine M. Hoag (Hillery); her mother-in-law Maureen Brillhart; and her siblings, Sharon Billmeyer Ahlers, Frederick "Fred" Hoag and Dennis "Denny" Hoag.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Brillhart of East Dubuque, IL; her son Gary Robey (Angie) of East Dubuque, IL; her grandchildren, Tyler Robey and Kristin Merritt (Joshua); her great grandchildren, Theodore and Lillian Merritt of Dubuque, IA.; her children, Randy Robey, Carl Robey, Elmer Robey, Troy Robey and Kerry Robey; her siblings, Duke Eppler (Vickie) and Thomas Eppler; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Hoag, Diane Birch (David), Sharon Fransen (Gerald), Debra Walzer and Rick Brillhart (Carleen). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, a Barbara J. Robey Memorial Fund has been established.
