He is survived by: his children, Anthony H. Tibbetts (Sara) of East Dubuque, IL and Jacqueline R. Jaeger (Bob) of Dubuque, IA.; and his grandchildren, Megan Smith (Chad), Daniel Roeth, Natalie Carey (Robbie), Travis Busch (Olivia Jewell), Michael Van Meter, Marissa Tibbetts, Sam Jaeger, Adriana, Alaina, Chloe Carey and Vinny Busch.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Miller Funeral Home (1185 IL-35, East Dubuque, IL 61025). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
