He is survived by: his father Gary Wernimont of Dubuque; his girlfriend Melissa Leppert of East Dubuque, IL; his sons, Christian and Brandon Wernimont; his brother Jeremy Wernimont (Melonie) of Dubuque; and his uncles, Robert Wernimont (Janeen) of Dubuque and Jeff Wernimont of Dickeyville, WI.
