It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan H Ness of East Dubuque, Illinois, who passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Mary's Church (170 Montgomery Ave, East Dubuque, IL 61025). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
