Paul Largent Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Largent of East Dubuque, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Largent and Beatrice Largent (Shurson); his brother Dennis; his mother-in-law Mary Sendt; and his siblings-in-law, Duane Sendt, Darrell, Marilyn Sendt, Delbert, Kay Sendt and Mary Heim.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Sendt; his sons, Bob (Darla) and Michael; his stepgrandchildren, Bryan and Nichole Gebhard (family: Natalie Gebhard); his siblings-in-law, Bob Heim, Denise Largent and Charlene Sendt; and his aunt Joan McGuire. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He later participated in the first Honor Flight to depart from Dubuque following the COVID-19 pandemic, a moment of deep meaning for him and his family.
