He is survived by: his wife Pauline Hendricks; his son Christopher Pulford (Dawn) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Daphne (Matt) and Vaughn; his daughter Wendy White of West Burlington; his grandson Brandon (Brittany); his son Matt Pulford (Kelly) of Davenport; his granddaughters, Amelia and Ava; his siblings, Bob Pulford (Mary Jo), Dale Pulford (Ruth), Jim Pulford, Ken Pulford (Debbie) and Betty Pulford (Tim McGiness); and his sister-in-law Karen Pulford.
