David leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. David’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew David will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Zumaris and Antoinette Zumaris (Krol); and his daughter Barbara Struve. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Guile (Robert); his brother Phillip Zumaris (Paula); and his nephew Douglas Zumaris (Molly). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Van Hoe Funeral Home (1500 6th St, East Moline, IL 61244). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
