He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Earnest and Louise Earnest (Laird); his sisters, Jimmie Carolyn Etheridge and Diane Krukowski-Hanes; his nephew Steve Krukowski; and his great-niece Kellie Leffler.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Saller of Patrick's Catholic Church; his nieces, Theresa Walter (Mike), Darlene Armstrong (Stan), Gayle Roberts, Sheila Krukowski, Erica Williams (Brian) and Jennifer Houser (Donovan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jason Walter (Breanna), Bryan Leffler (Kara), Brandon Leffler (Mindy), Bradley Leffler (Sharon), Logan, Reese Williams, Jordan Corona (Britain), Emily Houser, Amanda Peterson (Jason), Ashley Thurman (Shawn), Samantha and Aimee.
