We announce the death of Frank J. Dobbins of East Moline, Illinois, who passed away on July 24, 2026, at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel "Pat" Dobbins and Sherian Robinson; and his sister Dana Shonts. He is survived by: his son Sean Dobbins of East Moline; his siblings, John Dobbins (Marie), Sam "Richard" Dobbins, Rachel Munson, Sheba Snyder, Porter Gill and Sherria Gill; his nieces and nephews, Natalie (Matt), Alys, Ryan and Ethan; and his close friend Susan Smith. He is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
