He is survived by: his brother Dale; his sisters-in-law, Linda Muller and Mary Jo Davis; and his nieces and nephews, Jerry DeLoose (Susan), Christine Muller, Erica Collins (Andrew), Brad Muller (Rachel) and Meredith Puder (Rich).
