He was predeceased by: his parents, Amador T. Sierra and Jesus "Jessie" Sierra (Vasquez); and his siblings, Amador T. Sierra, Jr., Simon Sierra, Paul Sierra and Esperanza "Hope" Hay.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Pruett (Roy) of Colona, Amber Lewis (Sam) of Davenport, Nicole Sierra of Cedar Rapids, Andrea Gray (Chris) of Lynn Center and April Starofsky (Richard); his grandchildren, Jessica Snell (Brandon), Aaron Pruett, Jamie Stoneking, Jenna Stoneking, Nathan Sierra (Jessica), Maverick Sierra, Darell Teague (Becca Hawkins), Markell Sierra (Alexis), Richie, Jimmy, Joe, Brad and Jonathan; his great grandchildren, Lydia, Brandon, Margot, Alice, Bryce, Gunther, Lynnex, Mallen, Mordecai and Amora; his siblings, Peter Sierra, Veronica Houtikier, Francisco Sierra, Rita Trulson, Rev. Angel Sierra, Raymond Sierra and Lydia Martina Castel; and his close friends, Stan and Judy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A rosary will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 4:30 PM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Funeral Home (701 12th St, Moline, IL 61265). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Parish (603 18th Ave, East Moline, IL 61244).
