It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Lu Clouw of East Moline, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Wayne Skelton; and her brothers-in-law, Mike and David Clouw (Lennie DeBoard). She is survived by: her mother Beverley Skelton (Nevins); her husband John Clouw; her son Jacob VanDeHeede; her siblings, Mike Skelton (Marla), Jill Hofstetter (Dale) of O'Fallon, MO and Judy Hamm (Walt); and her siblings-in-law, Jane Taylor and Steve Clouw (Heather). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
