She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jr. Hulsart and Peggy Hulsart (Seiber). She is survived by: her brother William II; her sister-in-law Carrie Hulsart of Moline; her sisters, Lisa Higley (John) and Cindy Moore; her nieces and nephews, Debra Hulsart, Amanda Hatch, Larry Meese, Kyrstyn Spaniol, Chela Quintana and Reyce Moore; and her godparents, Elizabeth Seiber-Swedrock and Joe Swedrock. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
