He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hull and Gertrude Hull (Vande Streek); and his siblings, Elaine Braaksma, Gordon Hull, Robert Hull and Lyle Hull.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Hassell; his children, Kevin Hull (Ashley) of Salem, Asher Larson (Cathy) of Bloomington, Andrew Bohnsack of East Moline, Maddison Hirt (Derek) of Muscatine and Garrett Bohnsack of East Moline; his grandchildren, Izzy Hull, Jaxon Hirt and Emmy Hirt; his siblings, Elton Hull (Katherine), Lois Alsum (Gordon), Delvin Hull (Lillian), Ronald Hull (Joan), Caroline Gilmore and Jerald Hull (Luanne); and his siblings-in-law, Samuel Braaksma and Marlene Hull. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Horizon Room at Trimble Pointe. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Phil's memory.
