He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Inskeep (Lodge) of East Moline; his siblings, Wade Inskeep, Jr. (Connie) of Keokuk, William Inskeep (Kathy Sparks) of Moline, David Inskeep (Lisa) of Ankeny and Brenda Wetterau (William) of Wilmington, Delaware; and his fiancée Gloria Barela.
