He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Williams and Minnie Estelle Williams (Reynolds); his wife Virginia Williams (Clark); his son Thomas "Tommy" Williams; and his brother James Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Rowana Williams, Mark Williams, Troy Williams and TaJuan Williams; and his stepchildren, Cynthia Martin, Tony Jones (Felicia), Lawrence Jones (Katherine), Marvin Jones and William Jones. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
