He was predeceased by : his daughter Elizabeth Reynolds. He is survived by : his parents, Michael Neff, and Debby Neff, Sr.; his wife Tiffany; his siblings, Michael Neff, Jr. (Kristi) and Michelle Neff-Fisher (Russ); and his children, Christopher, Sadie, Skylar, Aaliyah, Zay, Marcus, Matthew, Brent, Giovanna, Eddie, Josh, Ron, Angie and Amy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
