She was predeceased by: her siblings, David Wagner, DeLynn Wagner and Vickiren Bilsland. She is survived by: her children, Chad Mohn of Peoria and Chris Mohnett (Michelle) of Washington; her grandchildren, Hailey, Isabella and Jackson; her son Roger Lee Mohn II (Jessica) of Morton; her granddaughter Ruby; her daughter Elizabeth Kastler (Andrew) of Washington, Illinois.; and her siblings, Rick Wagner of Peoria Heights, Illinois, Daryl Wagner (Carol) of Chillicothe, Illinois, Nathan Wagner (Michelle) of Peoria, Illinois and VaNessa Martin Jr. (Robert) of Marco Island. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to OSF Hospice Care and Illinois Cancer Care in Damara's honor.
