He is survived by: his mother Sandy Hogan Wheeler (Dave) of East Peoria, Illinois; his children, Kasandra Crum (Albert) of Bartonville, Illinois, Nikolas Wheeler (Kayleigh) of Peoria, Illinois and Jesse Wheeler (Isabella) of Tremont, Illinois.; his close friend Kandi Curtis; and his brothers, Chris Wheeler and Jeremy Wilson.
